International Student Application Process
Complete Application
Fill out the online application form with your personal and academic details.
Submit Documents
Upload academic certificates, passport copy, and passport photo.
Receive Offer Letter
Get your Conditional/Unconditional Offer Letter via email.
Apply for Visa
Use your offer letter to apply for a Student Visa at the Namibian Embassy.
Required Documents
Academic Documents
- Certified copy of high school certificate
- Official academic transcripts
- English proficiency proof (TOEFL/IELTS if applicable)
- Previous qualification certificates (if any)
Personal Documents
- Valid passport (minimum 18 months validity)
- Recent passport-size photos (4 copies)
- Birth certificate (certified copy)
- Medical examination report
- Proof of sufficient funds/bank statement
Student Visa Information
International students must apply for a Student Visa at the Namibian Embassy or Consulate in their home country before travelling to Namibia.
Required for Visa Application:
- Official Offer Letter from Africa College
- Proof of paid tuition fees (at least first semester)
- Proof of accommodation arrangement
- Return flight ticket (recommended)
- Health insurance coverage
- Police clearance certificate

On-Campus Accommodation
Limited on-campus housing available at our Oshikango Main Campus. Single and shared rooms with basic amenities.
Cost: N$ 2,500 - N$ 4,000 per month
Includes: Bed, desk, wardrobe, shared kitchen & bathroom facilities
Off-Campus Options
Private accommodation available near all three campuses. Our International Office can assist with finding suitable housing.
